PAINTING HOLIDAYS IN THE LOIRE
The Manor House, front view.Paintings of some of the rooms by Florence d'Ersu.Enjoy a leisurely painting holiday in beautiful surroundings in the Anjou region of France. Florence d'Ersu, will welcome you to her charming Manor House in the middle of the "Vieille France" in an old fortified village with lovely views over the countryside.
Florence welcomes parties of 7 participants. Partners are welcome to stay and enjoy the surroundings without participating in the course. The "atelier" - studio is situated in the beautiful grounds of the Manor House and the course takes place outside or inside depending on the weather. The drawing and water colour course is from 10am until 5.30 (approximately 6 hours). Accommodation is on a bed/breakfast and optional evening meal basis in the following accommodation. When there are no Painting courses the beautiful Manor House welcomes bed , breakfast and optional evening meal clients to enjoy their beautiful garden and surroundings.
  • "Chambre Rouge" with 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom and toilet
  • "Chambre aux Papillons" with 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom and toilet
  • "Chambre Bleu " with 1 double bed with ensuite bathroom and toilet

Family Suite composed of:

  • "Chambre Jaune" with 1 double bed
  • "Chambre Verte" with 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom and toilet
  • The above suite can also be booked separately

Other activities in the area:

  • Visits to historical chateaux of the Anjou region
  • Archeological Museum of Chatelais
  •  Horse riding, tennis, walks and cycling (bicycles available from the owners)
