This attractive provencal villa is situated on the corniche between Agay and Antheor with extensive sea views from the terrasse, garden , living room and bedroom. The resort of Agay has a very safe beach with all watersports and there are restaurants and shops nearby. The golf courses of Valescure and Cap Esterel are about 5 minutes away. Cannes and St. Raphael with their daily markets are approximately 25 minutes drive away along the Corniche and Nice, Ventimiglia, Antibes, Ste Maxime are all within easy driving distance. The provencal hilltop villages of Roquebrune, Les Adrets, Callian, Fayence, Flayosc, Grimaud are well worth a visit and the coastal train runs along the coast to Monaco and Ventimiglia and there is a station at Agay and Antheor. There are excursions by sea from both Agay and St. Raphael to the St. Honorat and Ste Marguerite islands and St. Tropez and several other excursions from St. Raphael to the Iles Port Cros (nature reserve) and Port Grimaud.
