Villa Cavalaire is a delightful provencal house divided into 3 attractively furnished apartments in mature grounds with exotic plants and palm trees in a residential area of the pretty seaside resort of Cavalaire. Every Wednesday there is a local provencal market selling local fruits, olives, vegetables, olive oil, wines and cheeses, etc. The villa is less than 1 kilometre away from the beach and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Cavalaire is situated on the most southerly bay of the Var coast and boasts a magnificent 3 kilometre long beach with the Pradel mountains to the rear and is at the entrance of the Gulf of St. Tropez, 20 kilometres away from Le Lavandou and 22 kilometres away from Ste. Maxime. St. Tropez, with its open air restaurants, bars, market, impressionist museum , its port and its famous beaches is only 18 kilometres away The provencal hillside villages of Gassin, Bormes les Mimosas, Collobrieres, Ramatuelle are an easy drive away and well worth a visit. There are boat trips to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant. The property is easily accessible via Marseilles, Toulon or Nice airport.

OUR COMMENT: These well appointed and well priced apartments are all delightful and fully self contained and private. As well as being available on their own - they could also be rented by separate families who wish to holiday together whilst retaining their privacy. They are close to a very attractive beach.
