This delightful 3 bedroomed south facing provencal villa is situated in a private residential area overlooking Ste Maxime, with open views to the Maures mountains, overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez. It has its own enclosed grounds with mature provencal shrubs and trees and its own private SWIMMING POOL.

The property is approximately 1500m from a sandy beach and within walking distance of St Maxime Centre with its daily market, restaurants, "traiteurs",delicatessens, original shops and boat trips to Port Grimaud and St. Tropez.

St. Maxime is a charming seaside resort on the Var Riviera in one of the most picturesque parts of the Cote des Maures. Sainte Maxime enjoys an ideal climate with 300 days of sunshine a year and very mild winter temperatures between 12 and 19 degrees. The provencal hillside villages of Collobrieres. Grimaud, Cogolin, Garde Freinet, Plan de la Tour, Gassin, Ramatuelle are all nearby as are the local vineyards of the Presqu'il St. Tropez and Coteaux Varois and Bandol. In the immediate area are an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, horse riding, coastal and forest walks, and watersports. The towns of Aix en Provence, Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo and Ventimiglia in Italy are all an easy drive away.

Clients can either rent both properties (principal villa and studio flat) which sleeps 9 or can rent the larger part of the property (principal villa sleeping 2/7) or the studio annex (sleeping 2/3) which is independent and has its own private terrace. The property is therefore ideal for 2 families holidaying together or for the teenagers/grandparents to be in a separate part of the property. The entire property consists of:
