This delightful provencal villa, completely surrounded by woodland greenery in a peaceful rural setting is situated down a quiet lane less than 2 kilometres from the pretty village of Bagnols en Foret. It is set in its own grounds of 2,000 square metres and is totally unspoilt.

The property is situated 10 miles inland from the coast at Frejus/St. Raphael and 45 minutes from Nice Airport. It is reached by a hill drive along a road with wonderful views over the forest. It is a spacious and well-maintained family property with its own private SWIMMING POOL and surround. The situation is ideal for local excursions to the provencal hillside villages of Fayence, Callian, Montaroux, Flayosc , Les Adrets, Tanneron as well as visits to the resorts of Cannes, Ste Maxime, Antibes, Nice and Ventimiglia (Italy). The surroundings are ideal for pleasant walks, cycling, sea and lake swimming and boating (Lac St. Cassien) The spectacular Gorge du Verdon (Grand Canyon) and the Lake of Ste Croix (boat hire and swimming) and the surrounding villages of Moustiers Ste Marie (pottery) and Aigunes (chateau) makes a good excursion. The golf courses of Valescure are nearby as is the resort of St. Raphael with its daily market, restaurants, shops and boat excursions to St. Tropez, Port Grimaud, the Porquerolles Islands (nature reserve) and the attractive islands of Ile St Honorat and Ile Ste Margeurite opposite Cannes where there is a magical monastery and wonderful walks under the eucalyptus trees. The attractive provencal village of Bagnols en Foret only 1.8kms away has a market on Wednesday and Saturday, local stores, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and bakers, a "foire gourmande" in September and there is a large supermarket 25 minutes away.
