This delightful villa is situated in a private residential area close to Frejus. The enclosed gardens are delightful comprising palm trees, papyrus, fruit trees, olive trees, cactus and lawn around the attractive SWIMMING POOL. The beaches of Frejus/St Raphael are approximately 3 km away.

The property is situated close to Puget sur Argens (shops, restaurants) and St. Raphael with its daily markets, restaurant, shops, and sea excursions to St. Tropez, the Porquerolles Islands, the Ile Ste Margeurite, Port Grimaud etc. The  historic centre of Frejus with its Roman remains, market and provencal squares with enticing restaurants is just nearby.  The provencal hilltop villages of Lorgues, Seillans, Callian, Montaroux, Grimaud, Roquebrune sur Argens, Flayosc, Fayence are an easy drive away as are the vineyards of Cote de Bandol and Cote Varoise. The towns of Nice, Cannes, Aix en Provence, Marseilles and Ventimiglia (Italy) are also within easy driving distance. Within the area are horseriding facilities, golf courses at Valescure and sailing and diving at Agay/Dramont. Local shopping at Carrefour is 1km away. The red mountains of the Esterel are in the vicinity and there are several trails for hiking, and horseback riding with wonderful panoramic views.

OUR COMMENT: This is a really delightful spacious provencal villa, nicely furnished and in a very attractive relaxing enclosed garden. It is well positioned with easy access to local amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
