Charming one level provencal villa surrounded by trees in the Var hinterland close to the ancient Cistercian abbey of Le Thoronet with open provencal views. The sun setting on the mountains can be watched while sipping an evening drink on the terrasse. The attractive provencal hillside villages of Lorgues, Carces, Tourtour, Villecroze, Entrecasteaux, Flayosc and Cotignac amongst others are an easy drive away as is the historic capital of the Var, Draguignan. St. Tropez, Ste Maxime and Frejus are approximately 30 kms away and Cannes is approximately 30 minutes by car. Nice, Antibes, Aix en Provence , Monte Carlo, Ventimiglia (Italy) are all within easy driving distance. The lakes of Carces and St Cassien with their boat hire and the Gorges du Verdon with its spectacular scenery and enticing restaurants are all nearby. The area is surrounded by vineyards and wine tasting is encouraged!
